Pea greens are young pea plants harvested after just a few days — crisp, fresh and mildly sweet like young peas. Like all microgreens they are packed with flavour and deliver vitamins and minerals in remarkably high concentration — in part well above fully grown vegetables.

Our microgreens come from Giesekings in Wassenberg — just a few minutes from the castle. They grow there in small, clean batches under controlled conditions: no pesticides, very little water, no long transport routes. They are harvested just before they land on your plate — it doesn't get any fresher.
